<p>Victorville families are already paying enough. I will oppose new increases to city controlled utility and service charges, including trash rates, during my time on the City Council.</p>

<p>Every Victorville resident deserves safe neighborhoods and reliable roads. I will support public safety and prioritize practical improvements to the streets and infrastructure our community depends on.</p>

<h2>Safe Streets and Strong Infrastructure</h2>

<p>A strong community needs more than roads and basic services. Residents should also have places to spend time, stay active, meet their neighbors, and enjoy their city. I want Victorville to offer more recreational opportunities for children, teens, adults, seniors, and families.</p><p>We can start by making better use of resources we already have. That could include converting underused tennis courts into pickleball courts where appropriate, expanding sports and fitness programs, offering more activities for children and teens, and creating additional community events and programs for adults and families.</p><p>Not every improvement has to mean building something new or spending millions of dollars. Sometimes it means looking at what we already have and finding better ways to use it. I will support practical and affordable recreational improvements that give Victorville residents more things to do and more reasons to enjoy the community they call home.</p>

<p>I will work to expand recreational opportunities for children, adults, and families by making better use of the parks and facilities Victorville already has.</p>
